feat(models): add opus 5.5 without changing existing aliases

summary

adds opus 5.5 to the claude model catalog, with medium default effort and minimum claude code version 2.1.280. bumps updatedAt for remote manifest refreshes.

based on @AJJPostma's model profile and compatibility investigation in #13087. keeps the existing opus alias on opus 5 and leaves opus 5 current in the modern catalog, preserving existing selections on older clis.

per @juliusmarminge's review, adds opus 5.5 to currentModels.claudeAgent, the classification overlay for pre-discovery clients, while retaining opus 5 for compatibility with their existing catalogs. updates the internal documentation to reflect that decision. the new catalog already marks opus 5.5 current. merged current main to pick up the composer typecheck fix.

verification

• 155 tests passed across ModelManifest.test.ts, ClaudeModelCatalog.test.ts, and ClaudeAdapter.test.ts after the review fix and main merge.
• targeted formatting and git diff --check passed.
• minimum cli version and live api compatibility evidence come from the contributor's investigation in feat(models): add Claude Opus 5.5 #13087; authenticated inference calls were not repeated.

• Manifest-only change (model-manifest.json, +52/−1).
• New opus-5-5 profile is identical to opus-5 except the default effort is medium instead of high (verified via JSON diff), consistent with the findings in feat(models): add Claude Opus 5.5 #13087.
• opus alias stays on Opus 5, Opus 5 stays current, currentModels.claudeAgent is unchanged, so older CLI installs (< 2.1.280) aren't affected.

CI

• All test jobs, Rust, Release Smoke, Macroscope Correctness and CodeRabbit pass.
• Check fails on apps/web/src/components/chat/ChatComposer.tsx:4833-4834 (panelAnimationsActive, panelAnimationDurationMs). This PR doesn't touch that file, and main failed the same way at da6a85b. main is green again as of 7c2702d.

Not verified by me

• The 2.1.280 minimum version and live API compatibility (these rely on feat(models): add Claude Opus 5.5 #13087).
• I didn't run the tests locally.

Suggestion: Update the branch to the current main and re-run CI. Once Check is green and a maintainer has reviewed it, this is good to merge. I have no objections to the content.
