fix(mobile): stop iOS autocorrect from rewriting search queries

Searching for a branch on iOS often returned nothing. The search itself is case-insensitive on both the server and the client; the actual culprit is the iOS 26 Liquid Glass mail-style search toolbar. It builds a bare UISearchTextField natively, which keeps UITextField defaults (sentence capitalization, autocorrect, spell check). The JS headerSearchBarOptions fallbacks all pass autoCapitalize: "none", but the patched toolbar item had no such setting, so a fragment like ba5a was autocorrected into a word before the debounced query fired.

The patched react-native-screens toolbar now sets autocapitalization, autocorrection and spell checking to none on the resolved search field. That covers every mail-toolbar consumer at once: the new-task branch picker, home search, the thread settings model picker, the licenses search and ScreenHeader's compact search. The Android TextInput fallback already disabled both.

Not verified on device per request; the change is three standard UITextField property assignments in the native patch.
