test(web): remove redundant favicon test

summary

remove the web favicon test file now that the web module is only a one-line re-export of the shared favicon implementation.

why this test was useless

• apps/web/src/lib/favicon.test.ts exercised faviconUrlForOrigin through a thin re-export and contained no web-specific setup, integration boundary, or behavior.
• the canonical implementation is packages/shared/src/favicon.ts, and packages/shared/src/favicon.test.ts already checks private and reserved ipv4/ipv6 hosts, local/internal/tailscale names, malformed hosts, invalid and unsupported urls, and public-provider url generation.
• before removal, running both files produced 31 passing assertions. after removal, the canonical shared suite still produces 30 passing assertions, so only the duplicate wrapper assertion disappeared.
