feat(web): undo settle, snooze and archive, with a mod+z shortcut

Follow-up to #10744, rebased onto main after it merged.

What changed

Only unpin offered Undo. Now settle, snooze, and archive reuse the same claim and toast helper, so a stale toast never reverses a newer action:

• Settle: Undo un-settles the thread and, since settling also clears the pin and snooze server-side, re-pins at the original order key and re-snoozes to the original wake time.
• Snooze: the two hand-rolled Undo toasts (context menu and sidebar row) are replaced by the hook's. Batch settle and batch snooze keep their existing aggregate handling and stay silent per thread.
• Archive: Undo un-archives and, when archiving had moved you to a draft, navigates back to the thread.

A new thread.undo keybinding command runs the newest Undo still on screen. Its default is mod+z with when: "!terminalFocus && !editableFocus". editableFocus is a new context key (text fields, textareas, selects, contenteditable, role=textbox) so native undo in the composer and other inputs is untouched. The handler only claims the chord when an Undo actually ran, so the key falls through otherwise. Existing installs pick the new default up through the server's startup backfill. Mobile is unchanged.

Before / after

Before (#10744 head): settling shows no Undo; Ctrl+Z leaves the thread settled.

After: settle shows an Undo toast; Ctrl+Z un-settles and restores the pin.

Verification

• vp test run in apps/web on showUndoToast, threadUndo, useThreadActions, useThreadActions.undo, keybindings: 85 pass. New cases cover the newest-first shortcut order, skipping superseded and closed toasts, archive undo with and without navigation, settle undo restoring pin and snooze, batch settle staying silent, and the mod+z default resolving only outside editable and terminal focus.
• apps/server and packages/contracts keybinding tests pass (default backfill includes the new rule).
• tsc --noEmit for apps/web is clean. Lint warning count on touched files is unchanged from the base.
• Web verified in the browser above against a disposable worktree environment. Archive undo was unit-tested only: the archive action is desktop-menu-only on web, so the navigate-back path has no browser capture.
