fix(mobile): use a proper pull request icon on iOS

iOS displayed a branch-like SF Symbol for pull requests. Use the same Tabler pull request icon as Android wherever the mobile PR symbol appears, preserving its size and status color.

Validation: mobile typecheck, targeted lint and formatting, React Doctor, and iPhone simulator verification passed. CI is green.
