test(web): remove duplicate sidebar ordering tests

• remove the complete web wrapper suites for active-thread sorting and pinned reordering
• keep the canonical coverage beside the shared implementation in packages/client-runtime/src/state/threadSort.test.ts
• remove the now-unused planPinnedReorder web re-export exposed by the test cleanup

why

apps/web/src/components/Sidebar.logic.ts does not implement either helper. it re-exports sortActiveThreadsByOrderKey as sortThreadsForSidebar and imports/re-exports planPinnedReorder from @t3tools/client-runtime/state/thread-sort.

all seven removed tests exercised those shared functions directly through the web alias. the canonical package suite is stronger:

• active sorting covers new and reopened rows, keyed and keyless rows, timestamp and id/environment tie-breaking, plus every move across a mixed section
• pinned reordering covers single-key writes with reserved hidden slots, keyless materialization without collisions, every source/target position in a mixed keyed section, and a 1,200-row materialization

web-specific drag projection and integration tests remain in Sidebar.logic.test.ts, including pinned and active destination ordering.
