Settled threads can leave managed worktrees on disk after their work is done.

Add an optional retention setting under Settings → Storage. Choose a number of days after settlement, or set 0 days to remove a worktree as soon as it is safe. The rule supports project overrides and uses the existing cleanup checks. Branches and thread history remain.

Verified with 251 focused tests, type checks for server, web, contracts, and shared, targeted lint and formatting, and a save and reload check of the 0-day setting in the web app.

Cleanup skips active sessions, shared worktrees, terminals, and local changes. It retries later when a worktree is in use.
