Menus stop restyling ui/menu. Nothing is added to components/ui: every cluster was drift, so each consumer moved onto an existing primitive.

• Project actions menu: the menus turned hover highlighting off (highlightItemOnHover={false}) and then rebuilt it on every item with overrides. Both are gone, so items highlight on hover and keyboard like every other menu.
• New-thread hero: the project name picker renders through InlineButton tone="picker", the same in-sentence picker as the Settings scope sentence. The dotted border becomes a dotted underline that turns solid on hover and while open, at medium weight.
• Composer (mobile width): the run-context trigger renders ComposerControl size="xs" like its siblings.
• Legacy sidebar: the sort trigger is Button icon-xs ghost-muted, matching the Add project button next to it.
• Pull requests header (narrow): the state, involvement and host filters are Button ghost-muted sm.
• SnapShot settings, sound menu: the play buttons are normal menu items rather than 28px squares, and the checked tint covers only the radio item.
• Small: in breadcrumb dropdowns, ignored entries mute only their label. The environment icon lock note is sm. The usage environment picker gap is 0.5.
