docs(install): make the no-terminal Claude Code path unmistakable - #154

MedSci audit gap #3 docs-only fallback (#142): the packaged classroom installer stays out of scope for now, but the audience that avoids terminals gets an explicit route - once Claude Code runs on any surface (desktop app or terminal), the marketplace install, method-setup, and auto-update are all in-session. Per code.claude.com/docs/en/discover- plugins, plugin install works on any Claude Code surface. Closes #142 Co-authored-by: factory-droid[bot] <138933559+factory-droid[bot]@users.noreply.github.com>

The docs-only fallback from #142: a "No terminal at all" path in
docs/setup.md(section 1) and a matching note in the README's "Claude Code, easiest path".Once Claude Code itself runs on any surface (desktop app or terminal — plugin install works on any surface per the official plugin docs), the marketplace install,
/methodsmith:method-setup, and auto-update enablement are all in-session; only the source-checkout and offline-artifact routes need a terminal or a packaged file.Decision recorded
The full packaged classroom installer (signed binaries, update surface) stays out of scope for now, per the docs-only fallback named in the issue. Reopen #142 if the installer becomes wanted.
