Documents the GitHub CLI skills-only install route, verified end to end — MedSci audit gap #7.

• docs/setup.md: new "Claude Code via GitHub CLI (skills only)" subsection under the easiest install path, with the --all and single-skill forms and the three caveats (skills only — no agents, commands, hooks, or auto-update; flat names can collide with a user's own skills; --all also picks up the sample skills from tests/fixtures/).
• README.md: matching summary subsection plus rows in the platform install table and the update table (no auto-update; re-run after a new release).

Verification (performed on gh 2.100.0 against release tag methodsmith-v5.1.1)

• gh skill install sajor2000/methodsmith --all --agent claude-code --scope project in a throwaway clone: succeeds, discovers the skills via the plugins/ convention, and pins to the latest release tag automatically. Caveat observed: the sweep also installs the fixture sample skills under tests/fixtures/ — documented, with the single-skill form preferred.
• gh skill install sajor2000/methodsmith method-citations --agent claude-code --scope project --pin methodsmith-v5.1.1: installs exactly that one skill.
• Tests were run before any doc claim was written, per the issue's rule.

• bun run release:validate — in sync (55 agents, 67 skills, 0 MCP servers)
• bun test tests/displayed-counts.test.ts — pass
• Markdown-only change; no release-owned files touched.
