…rk and app code (#391) Adds globs for every area label, moves src/providers/** from area:cards to area:providers, and widens area:server to the settings, setup, config, app, multi-server and hosted code. test/labeler-config.test.js checks the globs against file lists from recent PRs, checks every src file gets an area, and checks the mira-paused re-apply step is still there.

.github/labeler.yml:area:providers(src/providers, provider*, spotify-, youtube-, presence*, extension/),area:discord,area:security(credential store, privacy, sanitizer, bounded responses, security workflows),area:release(release workflows, release-please files, changelog scripts, provenance) andarea:artwork.src/providers/**moves fromarea:cardstoarea:providers.area:servernow also covers settings, setup, config, app-*, multi-server, startup recovery and hosted code.area:tray,area:installerandarea:updaterpick up the files they were missing.mira-pausedafter the label sync stays as it is.test/labeler-config.test.jschecks the globs with Node'spath.matchesGlobagainst file lists from real PRs: #364, #366, #374, #379, #384, #386, #387, #389 (the ones the issue lists as unlabelled) plus #400, #414 and #416. Each gets the expected areas. The test also checks that every file insrc/gets at least one area and that the mira-paused step is still in the workflow.
