No Mira review came in after /mira resume (Mira is still paused). I rebased onto current main, tests pass locally and every check is green. I reviewed it myself: it's a standalone change with no overlap with other open work. Merging. |

Part of #135. Spotify rate-limits with 429 plus
Retry-After, and the Spotify provider (#366) puts that on the error asretryAfterMs. The provider backoff now waits at least that long before polling again, capped at one hour. Errors without it back off exactly as before (5 s doubling to 2 min).Checks
