Stores a pairing token in the credential store (made on first start), routes POST /bridge/youtube to the bridge with the JSON body, opens that path to token-checked writes, and adds YouTube to the card source with the most-recent-start rule. Card and hosted card only, never Discord. Skipped in safe mode; a bridge problem never stops the start.

Part of #136. Stores a pairing token in the credential store (provider
youtube, identityextension, made on first start), routes POST /bridge/youtube to the bridge with the parsed JSON body, and opens only that path to token-checked writes (pairing token + extension origin, per #395/#405). YouTube joins the card source after Spotify using most-recent-start wins; card, preview and hosted card only, never Discord. Skipped in safe mode; a bridge problem never stops the start. Pairing-code display on the settings page is for the web UI lane. Tests: 747 pass.
