specs/automation/crm-story-reel.t27 v19 -> v20, from the owner's request on his hook reel of 2026-10-03: save the template as .t27 with all its parameters, give it the call the reel widget draws, add yellow subtitles, let others in the CRM use it, make an English version, and give it a template widget in the CRM.

• Template TEMPLATE_HOOK_STUDIO: TEMPLATE_SCENES = 4 studio shots, hook first, the call button @t27ai_bot, and the English lines and call. Russian lines stay in the host because this file is ASCII. TEMPLATES_FROM_SERVER and TEMPLATE_LINES_EDITABLE are set, with LINE_MAX_CHARS = 48 and line_fits_chars. reel_max_ms(TEMPLATE_SCENES) is at most REEL_MAX_SEC.
• Captions, on every story reel: CAPTIONS_ON, CAPTIONS_PER_SCENE (each clip is heard on its own), CAPTION_COLOR #FFFF00, CAPTION_MAX_WORDS 1, CAPTION_TOP_PERCENT 70. caption_uses_line(line_words, heard_words) decides whether to show the line as written. With CAPTIONS_MISSING_KEEPS_REEL, the reel is still made without captions, and the reply says so.
• Call CTA_CARD_LIKE_WIDGET, CTA_PULSE_MS 2400, cta_card_shown.
• Language language_of(has_cyrillic), LANG_RU / LANG_EN.
