Public readers still encounter older positioning, private-document links, and 15 broken or missing documentation routes. This draft finishes the introductions while preserving Root Sequence's independent, exploratory identity and explicit research/AI limits.

Changes:

• Reuse the reviewed mission, scope, evidence, and AI/accessibility wording with clearer README navigation and current research routes.
• Preserve the Intelligence Ecology argument and section headings. Clarify its conceptual status, replace four private-document links with access notes, and provide public research/working-paper routes.
• Link fourteen existing T-003 supporting records from their current open-questions section and correct one relative link. Manuscript claims, pilot findings, and author-review status remain unchanged.
• Correct Liberated Intelligence's public/private label; preserve current main's newer What If It All Works and system-relative-limits work.
• Maintain the dated eight-public-repository audit and one canonical ROADMAP.md: 23 done, 5 to do, 1 in progress across 29 tasks.

Validation:
Reader-document checker passes all 238 Markdown files; the previous 15 failures are repaired. The Idea Trail graph/index is valid and current. All 11 site checks pass. Site source, approval record, and release gate have no diff against current main. Local destinations resolve across 22 introductory files in eight public repositories. A scoped comparison confirms that the linked concept's argument is retained.

Release scope:
The two unreviewed applicant-exercise files are excluded from this PR's main diff. Their unchanged sources remain at 58002e0 and on review/work-samples-2026-10-23. Their author review remains separate.
