Rae explicitly approved website publication after reviewing source commit 0780c6d. Publish that exact page/publisher source through the existing GitHub Pages workflow, retaining the independent identity, exploratory work, transparent evidence limits, and AI/accessibility disclosure.
This website-only PR reuses the site changes from draft #46 and records exact-source approval. It includes no research, applicant-sample, organization-profile, DNS, or workflow change. The broader professional refresh remains in draft #46; the organization profile remains in draft Root-Sequence/.github#10.
Validation: all 11 site tests pass; approved source digest 8dcd150886446fe180c985b87cc8f913b5d920ad81d8d422de208e46d634847e; preview HTML b532f50c0b875f762d695a6d872553983d733d6209e360383ab64776be08eb36; generated release HTML 11688c47ffdde09879de721d6fe0982d2bc596ffaa5f0680334d05cd354cce8f. The approval check now accepts the current record while explicitly rejecting historical/stale records. Index and publisher match the reviewed source byte-for-byte. Dated browser checks and accessibility limits are in site/VALIDATION.md.
