The organization profile still uses older project descriptions and an OS-only introduction to Coherent Computing. This draft aligns its public introduction with the Rae-approved website now live at https://rootsequence.systems/.
Use the reviewed independent/interdisciplinary mission, explanation, invitation, contextual founder introduction, and credits placement. Align all six selected research routes and preserve the site’s evidence/review limits. Reuse the seven approved related-project descriptions and useful development/permission notes, including Computing’s broader system/lifecycle scope and Museum’s real/fiction consent boundary. Retain the wider project registry and existing additional project routes.
Preserve the approved methods, evidence, and substantial AI/accessibility disclosure in one native expandable section. Shared stewardship remains in development; the commons collaboration proposal remains a proposal. Point the fuller accessibility link at the existing public assistance-record section rather than an unpublished research-README anchor. Discussions uses the same public repository route as the website. Root README links to the one canonical checklist in root-sequence draft #46.
Validation: all 11 linked root-sequence main file/fragment destinations were checked against the current public tree; the revised project passages and evidence limits match the approved site text. The rendered GitHub draft and expandable disclosure are inspected. No new private-project links or diagnosis disclosure. The profile is a public draft, not the live organization README.
This PR owns only README.md and profile/README.md. Organization draft #9 owns its four substantive guidance files and no longer edits the profile; its previously reconciled head is unchanged. No live profile/bio setting, policy adoption, private source, research status, or application change. Website publication approval does not approve this README for merging. Keep this PR in draft for Rae’s review.
Passage review: the opening and “Where to begin” navigation are approved and applied. All seven navigation destinations are retained, with the public/GitHub-account qualification alongside Discussions. The “Selected research and writing” heading and research-method row are also approved and applied; 5/6 research rows have completed README passage review, through Legible Systems. Their evidence/review qualifications remain. Reading Trails is the final row awaiting passage review and is unchanged. Passage approvals do not authorize publishing the full profile.
