Summary

  • Deliver English/Turkish institution catalog, course/outline and ordered plain-text lesson pages with exact content-locale admission, metadata, scoped pagination, atomic four-color theming and bounded recovery states.
  • Implement Accepted ADR-0055: middleware owns one live site bootstrap and exact bootstrap 404/429/503 responses; RSC consumes only the verified immutable snapshot of that native request. Normal/status/followed-missing paths use 2/1/3 API calls.
  • Complete verified external-review corrections, source/proof fences and guidance. Apply approved Open Graph locale projection, Next 15.5.27 security maintenance and Vitest 4.1.11 / Vite 6.4.3 maintenance.

Approach

The native HTTPS ingress retains host/peer provenance and API-owned tenant/organization authority. Its AsyncLocalStorage context binds the incoming request, cancellation and bounded Site DTO. Finish, early close, abort and shutdown terminalize the context; identical concurrent requests have distinct stores. Middleware performs the only live bootstrap and publishes after successful route admission. RSC re-verifies provenance, uses that exact frozen snapshot and checks lifetime across memo hits and asynchronous consumers. No DTO header, shared site cache or second bootstrap remains.

Bootstrap refusals preserve first-wire 404/429/503, no-store and bodyless HEAD. Only eligible parsed integer Retry-After values from 0 through 60 are forwarded, without clamping. Missing/hidden content retains the same-host 307 to localized 404; accepted content-call failures retain translated HTTP 200/noindex states. UI-language fallback never changes content locale. Open Graph converts only representable language/explicit-territory tags and omits ambiguous forms without country inference.

Five canonical ADR-0055 rules are Implemented with executable owners and planted controls. Source analysis is deliberately bounded; it does not claim arbitrary JavaScript analysis or full WCAG conformance. Accepted ADR bodies remain intact with dated delivery notes. The roadmap owns per-step validation and review receipts.

Tests

  • Final-head CI backend verification: 2,946 passed, 0 failed, 0 skipped — 1,705 unit, 198 architecture, 4 contract, 172 Docker-free integration and 867 Docker integration. Release build has zero warnings/errors; format passes.
  • Guarded frontend: 1,402 passed, 0 skipped/todos — 1,342 web and 60 SDK. Workspace lint, typecheck and production build pass.
  • Six retained production modes pass against real Kestrel/PostgreSQL as learnstack_app, preserving READ ONLY/RLS, isolation, containment, content-state, freshness and exact checkpoint accounting.
  • New actual-production admission proof passes wire/lifetime/browser-HMR phases with 32/52/10 API calls: exact GET/HEAD refusals and Retry-After omissions, malformed/oversized/deadline/transport faults, forced identical/mixed HTML/RSC/prefetch overlap, immutable snapshots, physical keep-alive, late HEAD work, abort and shutdown. Stock Brave verifies actual 429/503 Flight-to-document fallback. Source and live API changes prove fresh same-process HMR admission behind a real compiler-completion barrier.
  • Latest external-review follow-up adds a real four-arrival barrier for two hosts × /studio and /portal: distinct seed palettes, separate immutable snapshots, exact four site calls and no Education calls. Listener, Next port and redirect authority share one fixed HTTPS-port constant; middleware explicitly narrows the signed envelope.
  • Native ingress proof and 19 cleanup/negative controls pass. 7 ADR-workflow tests and local relative-link/anchor audits pass. CI's link gate remains file-existence-only.
  • Two independent review rounds per ADR-0055 step are complete, followed by two fresh rounds for each native-completion/log-capture fix. The Step 3 delivery receipt records findings, fixes, evidence and the unreconstructed earlier CI failures. The latest scaffold/port follow-up (d1cc011..1496269) also completes two fresh independent rounds: GPT-6-astra and GPT-6.1-sol, both at xhigh effort, both Approve without actionable findings. Focused local checks pass admission 1/1, retained rendering 20/20, architecture 198/198, guarded frontend 1,402/1,402, lint/typecheck/native compilation and changed C# format verification.
  • The first follow-up run 38060818584 exposed a stale source-string instrumentation anchor in the separate ingress fixture; 7ea14c5 fixes it and refuses missing/duplicate anchors. Actual native ingress plus all 19 cleanup/negative controls pass locally and in final CI, followed by two fresh independent source reviews (GPT-6-astra and GPT-6.1-sol, high effort), both Approve without findings.
  • Final-head CI on dd5ec953403a3dc2257501f99cd47f645887070c: run 38061334919 passes all six required jobs. Downloaded TRX confirms 2,946 backend tests, including all 867 Docker tests, the admission Fact and six retained production modes; zero failures/skips. Final-head frontend logs confirm 1,402 passing tests, the native ingress proof and all 19 cleanup/negative controls. Release build has zero warnings/errors. Live main protection remains strict: true; each required context matches one successful GitHub Actions check (app_id: 15368) on this exact head. Lighthouse remains intentionally skipped outside the required set.

The prior manual browser and maintainer VoiceOver smoke remains attributed to its recorded commit. The new browser proof is limited to navigation/admission; no new manual accessibility audit, browser-computed theme cascade, zoom conformance, mobile or full WCAG assessment is inferred.

Risk

Tenant/organization isolation, verified host/locale provenance, native request lifetime and next-request freshness are critical SSR boundaries (ADR-0036, ADR-0052/0053/0054/0055). Snapshot propagation is proved for the pinned same-process Node/Next topology; Edge, workers and serverless require a new decision. No authentication, enrollment grant, public write, marketplace commerce or rate-budget change is included.

Public-read tests run separately from other xUnit collections to prevent concurrent API hosts from replacing or disposing Serilog’s process-global logger during real-log containment checks. The production logging configuration and nonempty-event assertion are unchanged; forced concurrent HTTP lanes remain concurrent. Native completion assertions wait for observed server terminal events rather than infer them from client response EOF. The recorded earlier Linux failures are not represented as fully reconstructed.

The narrow browser proof now requires stock Chrome/Chromium or Brave with an isolated fixture profile; CI fails explicitly if its Chrome prerequisite is absent. It never changes workstation trust or uses a personal browser profile.

Approved dependency maintenance reduces production audit findings 46 → 2 and full workspace findings 11 → 2: zero critical, one high and one moderate remain with documented applicability/ownership. Neither audit is claimed clean. Unused image optimization is disabled; accepted dependency/toolchain decisions and retained ingress/product proofs cover the upgrade.

P02d-7 owns the full browser demo and Lighthouse activation; Lighthouse remains disabled. Phase 06 owns full Playwright/axe and Studio expansion; Phase 11 owns production HTTP hardening and frontend telemetry.

Migration / Rollback

No database migration or new deployment configuration. Frontend pins, scoped overrides and frozen lockfile are included. Use reviewed forward/revert commits; do not silently restore vulnerable dependencies or the duplicate-bootstrap contract. The native admission facade must remain bundled with the shipped launcher; missing context fails closed.

  • Documentation

    • Updated product, localization, routing, and accessibility guidance to reflect delivered public-page functionality and clarify remaining work.
  • Tests

    • Expanded production-rendering and integration coverage for localization, privacy, pagination, request isolation, and failure handling.

Record the verified PR head, merge tree and both successful CI runs.
Mark P02d-5 complete across current status surfaces while preserving
all dated delivery history and append-only Accepted ADR amendments.

Name the P02d-6 decision pass and remaining renderer work, keeping the
browser demo, Lighthouse and phase exit with P02d-7.

Validate corpus and ADR controls, relative links and fragments, prose
wrapping, diff hygiene and preserved delivery/decision history.

ADR: 0053, 0054
Review the delivered read and transport boundaries before the first
product pages. Propose the reserved UI localization ADR and make the
Next status/navigation tradeoff explicit for maintainer approval.

Record four implementation steps, proof obligations and independent
draft reviews; reconcile stale current-state inheritance without
changing Accepted ADRs or claiming renderer delivery.

ADR: 0027, 0051, 0053, 0054
Separate dotted UI copy from backend message keys and correct the
SDK resource-map claim before the P6 localization decision is accepted.

Specify trusted request configuration, fallback and RTL proofs, and
the exact acceptance carriers while retaining Proposed status.

ADR: 0027, 0044, 0053, 0054
Record maintainer approval before implementation and reconcile the
frontend standards, architecture, workflow skills and future consumers.
Register falsifiable proof obligations without claiming delivery.

ADR: 0027, 0051, 0052, 0053, 0054
Keep tenant UI and content admission separate while sharing one resource
read across metadata and document consumers. Prove the branded missing
flow through the real API without replacing the P5 transport controls.

ADR: 0027, 0051, 0052, 0053
I18n: public.chrome.*, public.catalog.*, public.course.*, public.lesson.*,
 public.page.*
Keep the live packet table consistent with the committed foundation
and record the first independent review round before Step 2.

ADR: 0027
Align workflow examples and delivery status with the installed i18n
foundation so subsequent pages use its checked translation contract.

ADR: 0027
Serve institution catalogs and course outlines from the shared admitted
resource, preserving independent pagination, restricted-content refusal
and eligible localized metadata. Prove the actual production routes
through the existing guarded API and native ingress fixture.

ADR: 0027, 0052, 0053
Keep the independent runtime and proof reviews tied to the exact
implementation range before the second round and lesson work.

ADR: 0027, 0052, 0053
Match the real API alternate contract instead of assuming it includes
the current locale. Prove current and translated URLs through actual
HTML, derive protected-value canaries from seed data and close both
independent catalog review rounds.

ADR: 0027, 0052, 0053
Display only exact API text descriptors and eligible lesson metadata.
Prove schema pin changes and inert values through unchanged product
routes, and make every active recommended JSX accessibility rule fail
on a planted violation in the actual app configuration.

ADR: 0027, 0051, 0052, 0053, 0054
Send unavailable course and lesson recovery to the admitted catalog,
while retaining same-route cursor reset. Record the delivered narrow
text-renderer proof and the first independent Step 3 review round.

ADR: 0027, 0051
Keep lesson validation failures in the bounded unavailable state and
reject non-400 cursor classification. Close both independent Step 3
review rounds after focused fix verification.

ADR: 0027, 0051
Keep the non-400 negative control consistent with the typed error
contract and record passing final Step 3 type verification.

ADR: 0027
Exercise unchanged product pages under deterministic host and locale
barriers, live publication changes and exact content-boundary faults.
Keep transport controls and visitor budgets intact while recording the
remaining manual accessibility obligation explicitly.

ADR: 0027, 0052, 0053, 0054
Make the injected type URI independently observable by the existing
complete-response containment assertion. Align mutable product-status
carriers with delivered pages while preserving pending manual evidence.

ADR: 0027, 0053, 0054
Make atomic theme fallback and fixed 404 containment falsifiable while
recording completed automated checks and pending manual accessibility
evidence without promoting incomplete controls.

ADR: 0027, 0051, 0052
Record actual keyboard, narrow-viewport and contrast evidence without
substituting accessibility trees for the pending screen-reader smoke.

ADR: 0027, 0051
Record the maintainer-requested wait and clean fixture shutdown while
retaining the accepted completion gate and observed browser evidence.

ADR: 0027
Record the maintainer VoiceOver pass alongside the earlier manual and
automated evidence so packet and enforcement statuses agree. Preserve
accepted ADR history and keep PR merge and P7 delivery separate.

ADR: 0027, 0051
Keep the index as the owner of the changing standard-status split and
record the two independent closeout reviews before fresh verification.

ADR: 0027
Record both fresh second-round approvals after the status-count fix
so the completed manual and documentation gates have review evidence.

Merge Risk: 🔵 Low · up to dd5ec

The localized public pages and request admission changes show no remaining verified functional risk. One testing standard still describes the Step 3 reviews as pending, which conflicts with the delivery record. Correct that status line before or soon after merge so maintainers see accurate completion state.

Update the repository inventory to distinguish delivered pages from scaffolds.

This entry still describes the entire public site as a scaffold. The README now says the catalog, course, and lesson pages are implemented. Name those delivered pages separately from the remaining Studio and learner-portal scaffolds.

Derive the hidden course control from seed data, refuse a missing locale
and keep catalogue heading fixes inside the corpus guard census. Align
delivered error-handling docs and remove redundant proof assertions.

ADR: 0027, 0051, 0052
Record two independent approvals and bound the focused test evidence so
reviewers can distinguish local regression checks from exact-head CI.

ADR: 0027, 0051, 0052
Exercise the actual response, formatter and source fences with planted
controls, and align shipped route/i18n guidance with the implementation.
Keep approval-dependent bootstrap, Open Graph and maintenance changes
separate in a Proposed decision package.

Clarify page-local counts, refuse only owned cursor errors as resettable,
and accept positive decimal limits up to the existing clamped bound.

ADR: 0027, 0053, 0054
Follow shorthand value symbols and destructured shared-storage aliases
so ordinary syntax cannot evade the bounded public retention fence.
Exercise both attribution directions with a valid palette to prevent
an earlier assertion from masking the intended negative control.

ADR: 0027, 0053, 0054
Keep ordinary resolved object factories and destructured closure values
inside the bounded retention analysis. Select the actual captured value
so unrelated collection siblings do not produce false positives.

Record the maintainer's separate Open Graph and security approvals;
the exact bootstrap response-owner design remains unapproved.

ADR: 0027, 0053, 0054
Record the verified active-request wording correction, fresh second
review and independently replayed matrix without claiming production
proofs or maintainer acceptance.

🟠 Major · Move the second site bootstrap out of RSC. · public-request.ts:35-48

frontend/apps/web/src/server/public-request.ts:35-48
🩺 Stability & Availability | 🟠 Major | 🏗️ Heavy lift

Move the second site bootstrap out of RSC.

getPublicRequest() calls getSite() again after middleware admission. It converts transport errors, invalid responses, and rejected calls to null. Both requirePublicResource() and the i18n request config then call notFound(). An ordinary public request can therefore return 404 for a transient bootstrap failure.

The accepted frontend policy requires bootstrap refusals to retain real 404/429/503 responses. Implement a middleware-owned bootstrap with a request-local snapshot, or an equivalent response owner before RSC. Do not map every non-success result to 503: site or entry 404s must remain neutral 404, and content 404s must keep their localized missing-content redirect.

ADR: 0055, 0053, 0054, 0027
Install one native context so separately bundled consumers can share a
closed immutable snapshot without another site read or cross-request
storage. Bind handles to the active native lifetime and refuse late use.

ADR: 0055
Prevent escaped admission handles from retaining native HTTP objects
through cleanup closures or lazy abort stacks, and make facade installer
fences reject ordinary call, apply and bind wrappers.

ADR: 0055
Keep completed admission ownership bounded even with live development HMR,
and prevent static facade aliases from silently bypassing the source fence.

ADR: 0055
Give bootstrap failures their exact pre-render response owner while removing
the second site read and refusing late or foreign request-local consumers.

ADR: 0055
Keep the receipt limited to independently verified implementation and
unit evidence before the production integration proof begins.

ADR: 0055
Exercise native request lifetimes, exact refusal responses and stock Next
navigation against the real API so snapshot reuse cannot weaken admission.
Record the delivered contract and retain accepted decision history.

ADR: 0055
Retain fixed stage diagnostics for the Linux-only production proof failure
without exposing response bodies, provider errors or request identifiers.
Keep runtime behavior and exact API accounting unchanged.

ADR: 0055
Client EOF does not establish server finish ordering. Observe native terminal
events independently before asserting disposal, preserving immediate active
checks and planted controls that still reject missing runtime cleanup.

ADR: 0055
Cross an event-loop turn before asserting pending state so an observer
that drops its pending responses cannot satisfy the lifetime controls.
The empty-pending mutant now fails three cases and the clean six pass.

ADR: 0055
Align current status surfaces with completed review and fix loops while
retaining the CI failure, unproved cause and early status-promotion record.
Keep final exact-head CI in the PR and preserve original manual evidence.

ADR: 0055
Prevent parallel API fixtures from replacing or disposing the global
Serilog logger while public proofs inspect real structured events. Keep
production logging, nonempty capture assertions and concurrent HTTP
lanes unchanged; record the observed CI failure without claiming its
exact historical interleaving was reconstructed.

ADR: 0055
Close the focused log-capture correction with two independent source and
lifetime reviews plus the full passing Docker replay. Preserve the
historical CI uncertainty and leave final-head CI evidence with the PR.

ADR: 0055
Keep redirects and the native HTTPS listener on one fixed-port source.
Exercise both scaffold routes under forced cross-host overlap so the
shared root layout cannot silently reuse another tenant's theme.
Explicitly narrow the verified middleware envelope without an assertion.

ADR: 0053, 0054, 0055
Attribute both independent follow-up reviews and focused runtime checks
so the new scaffold proof and its narrow coverage remain reviewable.
Keep exact-head CI evidence in the PR description after this commit.

ADR: 0053, 0054, 0055
Match the shared listener constant in the disposable native fixture so
upgrade observations remain attached. Refuse missing or duplicate
instrumentation anchors explicitly rather than silently copying an
unobserved listener. Preserve the existing production and cleanup gates.

ADR: 0053, 0054, 0055
Record independent transformation and ordering checks for the fixture
fix without attributing parent runtime evidence to the reviewers.
Keep the earlier CI failure visible and final-head CI in the PR.

* docs(roadmap): close merged P02d-6 and record next packet

Record PR #27's merged head and independently verified merge-run evidence
so current status surfaces agree with the delivered public renderer.
Keep dated delivery history intact and name P02d-7's remaining decisions,
demo, Lighthouse and phase-exit obligations without starting that packet.

* docs(decisions): accept P02d-7 demo and audit contracts

Record the approved lifecycle, genericity scope and serial browser/audit
measurement boundaries before implementation. Register the four proof
obligations without claiming passing runtime evidence or activating CI.

ADR: 0056

* feat(dev): add the shared seeded demo lifecycle

Give local and isolated CI runs one owned lifecycle with explicit stack
selection, migration readiness and seed-derived public content checks.
Preserve local data and refuse foreign listeners or uncertain cleanup.
The browser audit driver remains in its approved subsequent step.

ADR: 0056

* fix(dev): close demo lifecycle review findings

Keep selected database configuration consistent before stack actions and make
owned teardown survive terminal hangup. Preserve split UTF-8 output within a
byte bound and keep public marketing outside private-content exclusions.

ADR: 0056

* fix(dev): isolate demo profiles and Compose controls

Close the second P02d-7 Step 1 review findings before the
ADR-0056 browser and audit work.

* test(dev): prove demo profile refusal is causal

Close the focused ADR-0056 lifecycle fix review with a live
profile-boundary mutation and its accepted-hop control.

* test(architecture): enforce the P7 demo identity boundary

Project typed SeedData into exact backend/frontend identity controls,
ban production Seeder references and preserve the schema-revision
behavioral companion for the ADR-0056 exit foundations.

* fix(architecture): close demo identity scan omissions

Keep the exact-literal guard effective across compiled C# branches, UTF-8
constants, emitted JSX values and runtime helpers behind test exclusions.
The first independent review found and reproduced each escape.

* fix(architecture): preserve conditional and runtime census semantics

Keep lexical configurations independent and resolve static module URLs so
source exclusions cannot hide a demo-specific runtime helper.

ADR: 0056

* fix(architecture): refuse unmodeled resolver options

Preserve the bounded import census when resolver options change the
location of a relative runtime helper.

ADR: 0056

* feat(dev): enforce seeded browser and Lighthouse demo proofs

Measure the actual seeded product navigation with bounded, repeatable
browser and audit evidence while preserving real admission and cleanup.
Keep passing local feasibility distinct from pending CI enforcement.

ADR: 0056

* fix(dev): refuse incomplete or invisible demo proof results

Close independently reproduced false-green paths in completion logging,
Lighthouse timeout admission and visible product identity. Exercise real
DOM mutations and the pinned soft-timeout behavior in the shared proof.

ADR: 0056

* fix(dev): join audit output and reject hidden product markers

Keep damaged or deferred API refusals out of successful demo receipts,
and require the bounded seeded visibility controls to run against the
actual browser document.

ADR: 0056

* fix(dev): preserve the total owned shutdown deadline

Share the existing five-second cleanup reserve between process stopping
and output drain, and record the independent causal fix verification.

ADR: 0056

* docs(roadmap): close P7 browser proof review rounds

Record the complete round-two runtime proof and scoped source identity
so the CI exit step starts from verified evidence.

ADR: 0056

* feat(ci): enforce P7 public demo and reconcile phase exit

Run the shared seeded browser and audit lifecycle in real PR checks,
keep public artifacts bounded, and pair each exit obligation with its
named proof. Add third-locale and organization-branding pipeline/HTTP
cases and carry remaining lifecycle work to its explicit phase owner.
Live protection activation waits for the first successful real job.

ADR: 0056
Module: Tenancy, Education

* fix(ci): complete P7 exit proofs and reserve owned cleanup

Pair host, locale and organization HTTP outcomes with raw translation
reads on each request connection. Reserve cleanup inside the CI budget
and prepare sandbox-enabled managed Chromium on hosted Linux only.
Reconcile mutable exit and review guidance with delivered contracts.

ADR: 0036, 0040, 0052, 0056
Module: Education, Tenancy

* docs(roadmap): close both P7 phase-exit review rounds

Record independent runtime and corpus approval, focused proof results
and verified navigation fixes. Keep real Linux CI, full receipts and
seventh-check activation explicitly pending before phase exit.

ADR: 0056

* docs: record P02d-7 CI and phase-exit verification

Tie completion to the passing real PR reports and bounded required-check
activation so acceptance and local feasibility cannot stand in for exit
evidence. Preserve earlier delivery history and maintainer merge review.

ADR: 0056

* docs(roadmap): align locale exit rows with verified CI

Remove two stale pending suffixes after independently confirming both
named cases Passed in the downloaded real PR integration receipt.

ADR: 0056

* test(architecture): handle optional demo curricula consistently

Keep the identity census aligned with the producer's nullable curriculum
contract while preserving every tenant and present-curriculum assertion.
The required demo inventory remains enforced separately.

ADR: 0018, 0056

* fix(dev): align demo tool versions and review evidence

Keep installed tool metadata and receipt versions in one path while
retaining independent pinned drift checks. Distinguish reviewed-head
CI receipts from activation history and acceptance-time ADR wording.

ADR: 0056

* docs(roadmap): record P7 review remediation verification

Record both fresh independent approvals and local proof results while
keeping later-head seven-job CI acceptance with the PR check rollup.

ADR: 0056

* fix(dev): preserve independent demo cleanup and seed launch

Keep the documented seed launcher argument-free. Attempt owned Compose
teardown even when process cleanup or output observation fails, and retain
private state until every cleanup stage succeeds. Preserve private error
causes internally while keeping foreground diagnostics fixed.

ADR: 0056

* test(architecture): close demo source census admission gaps

Resolve supported local aliases and workspace exports transitively, refuse
unclassified roots/formats and missing imports, and distinguish actual
dependency/output roots from nested authored source. Cross-check backend
sources against evaluated Compile inputs and refuse unmodeled build shapes.

ADR: 0018, 0035

* test(architecture): refuse ambiguous demo census resolution

Include competing alias and JS/TS targets conservatively, and select
workspace exports only from owned manifests. Refuse implicit build hooks
and project references outside the evaluated production project set.

ADR: 0018, 0056

* test(web): inspect every inherited demo census config candidate

Refuse inherited alias maps even when a same-basename source file
would previously shadow the actual JSON configuration.

ADR: 0018, 0056

* test(dev): verify demo reconciliation and align delivery guidance

Exercise independent network overlap and per-route timing aggregation
in fast dirty/clean controls. Count completed navigations and restrict
uploads to named public artifacts. Record verified review dispositions
and align current P7 guidance without rewriting historical ADRs.

ADR: 0018, 0056

* docs(roadmap): close systematic P7 remediation review rounds

Record all three steps, verified fixes, both independent review rounds
and completed local validation. Require final seven-job PR CI without
attributing historical evidence to the new source head.

ADR: 0018, 0056

* docs(roadmap): clarify proof helper closeout wording

* test(architecture): admit ignored local machine artifacts

Keep documented environment and OS/editor/log files out of raw census
classification only when Git ignores them. Preserve source/unknown
format admission and evaluated compiler coverage.

ADR: 0018, 0056

* test(architecture): refuse ignored MSBuild user hooks

Do not treat .user files as inert machine artifacts: the SDK can
import .csproj.user targets after the evaluation-only source census.
Keep those formats refused and plant ignored-file negative controls.

Record the second independent review counterexample without changing
production behavior or expanding supported build shapes.

* docs(roadmap): close ignored-machine-file review follow-up

Record both independent reviews, the verified MSBuild counterexample
and passing clean and rejection controls. Keep moving-head CI proof
with the required PR rollup and preserve earlier dated receipts.

* test(cache): coordinate the noncooperative factory timeout proof

Hold the original factory until its own cache timeout is observed,
then release it and verify replacement and late-result behavior.
This removes the race between two elapsed timers on loaded CI workers
without changing production code, budgets or the asserted contract.

Distinguish the test harness timeout and always release the factory.

* docs(roadmap): record cache timeout proof reviews

Close both independent review rounds and local unit verification for
the CI-exposed timing race. Preserve the failed-job disclosure and
require replacement final-head CI before merge.

demo, Lighthouse and phase-exit obligations without starting that packet.

keep public artifacts bounded, and pair each exit obligation with its
named proof. Add third-locale and organization-branding pipeline/HTTP
cases and carry remaining lifecycle work to its explicit phase owner.
Live protection activation waits for the first successful real job.

Keep the documented seed launcher argument-free. Attempt owned Compose
teardown even when process cleanup or output observation fails, and retain
private state until every cleanup stage succeeds. Preserve private error
causes internally while keeping foreground diagnostics fixed.

ADR: 0056

* test(architecture): close demo source census admission gaps

Resolve supported local aliases and workspace exports transitively, refuse
unclassified roots/formats and missing imports, and distinguish actual
dependency/output roots from nested authored source. Cross-check backend
sources against evaluated Compile inputs and refuse unmodeled build shapes.

ADR: 0018, 0035

Include competing alias and JS/TS targets conservatively, and select
workspace exports only from owned manifests. Refuse implicit build hooks
and project references outside the evaluated production project set.

uploads to named public artifacts. Record verified review dispositions
and align current P7 guidance without rewriting historical ADRs.

ADR: 0018, 0056

* docs(roadmap): clarify proof helper closeout wording

* test(architecture): admit ignored local machine artifacts

Keep documented environment and OS/editor/log files out of raw census
classification only when Git ignores them. Preserve source/unknown
format admission and evaluated compiler coverage.

ADR: 0018, 0056

* test(architecture): refuse ignored MSBuild user hooks

Do not treat .user files as inert machine artifacts: the SDK can
import .csproj.user targets after the evaluation-only source census.
Keep those formats refused and plant ignored-file negative controls.

Record the second independent review counterexample without changing
production behavior or expanding supported build shapes.

* docs(roadmap): close ignored-machine-file review follow-up

* docs(roadmap): complete P02b-0 entry verification

durable-event and identity contracts before producer decisions begin.
Record the verified code, Hub and CI baseline so later packets inherit
explicit constraints instead of stale implementation claims.

* docs(decisions): propose P02b-1 event producer contracts

one audit lifecycle for requests and deferred direct handlers without
letting an independent DI scope inherit another scope's reconciliation.

ADR: 0040, 0044, 0057

* fix(kernel): fence producer ownership and prove all ancestors

Prevent raw callers and stale transaction ancestors from granting producer

absorbed failures without changing event-free execution.

ADR: 0057

ADR: 0057

* test(web): expose bounded browser admission failure phases

Keep private browser diagnostics contained while distinguishing launch,
hydration and document-fallback failures in the existing CI proof. The
first PR run failed without identifying the browser operation; preserve
all assertions and deadlines while making the next result actionable.

ADR: 0055

* docs(events): reconcile producer and pending delivery guarantees

Align current-state references with delivered producer completion and
keep durable ordering, dispatch and inbox obligations with their owning
packets. Process-local serialization is not a durable ordering proof.

ADR: 0057

* docs(architecture): distinguish local event invocation ordering

Remove the remaining durable-order equivalence claim found during the
independent CI follow-up review. Partition serialization is process-local;
P02b-2 G3 still owns ordering across commits and retries.

ADR: 0057

* docs(events): align transport comments with ordering ownership

Keep XML guidance consistent with the corrected architecture and glossary.
Process-local invocation serialization does not decide durable ordering
across concurrent commits or retry, which remains P02b-2 G3.

ADR: 0057

* test(web): preserve the first admission proof failure

Always run browser cleanup without allowing its failure to replace the
original diagnostic phase. A cleanup-only failure remains classified as
shutdown, and neither path exposes private exception text.

ADR: 0055

* docs(roadmap): record P02b-1 CI follow-up verification

Retain the first failed browser receipt and distinguish the subsequent
passing integration evidence from an established cause. Record bounded
diagnostics, verified review corrections and their independent reviews;
the PR checks own final-head CI approval.

ADR: 0057

* test(kernel): strengthen producer and audit proof controls

Exercise actual outbox receipts and require positive intent and owner
write observations so missing production work cannot pass these tests.

ADR: 0057

* docs(roadmap): record external producer proof review

Keep the review follow-up traceable to verified regressions, controlled
mutations and independent reviews without claiming new runtime behavior.

ADR: 0057

* fix(kernel): distinguish frame refusal from indeterminate commit

A live transaction means frame completion refused before COMMIT. Route
that failure through guarded rollback so durable audit records the known
failure and cleanup cannot replace its original exception. Prove actual
business/outbox rollback and raw event-save admission in both hosts.

ADR: 0033, 0040, 0057

* fix(kernel): bound shared execution proofs and reconcile review records

Keep shared transaction state inside the sequential-execution census,
with exact exceptions for independent singleton flights. Distinguish
private browser proof failures without exposing their source. Reconcile
uncached settings ownership and correct the historical clause locators
without changing accepted decisions.

ADR: 0033, 0040, 0041, 0057

* fix(web): authenticate sanitized browser proof failures

A closed phase token alone cannot prove that an error was sanitized.
Use the same private brand at the outer proof boundary, retaining
sanitized first-error identity while refusing forged raw messages.

ADR: 0055

* docs(roadmap): record verified PR29 remediation and reviews

Record the independently verified pre-commit audit correction, bounded
proof changes and both completed review rounds against actual local
regression counters. Preserve historical evidence and keep exact-head CI
ownership separate from local results.

ADR: 0033, 0040, 0041, 0057

* fix(kernel): poison the unit after a failed outbox insert

An absorbed SQL failure must not leave the producer unit eligible for
completion. Mark it rollback-only at the insert boundary while retaining
successful-production receipts only for completed inserts. Exercise both
rethrow and absorption against PostgreSQL and align the audit ownership
and delivered producer documentation with the shared coordinators.

ADR: 0040, 0057

* docs(roadmap): record outbox failure and ownership verification

Keep dated delivery history intact and name P02d-7's remaining decisions,
demo, Lighthouse and phase-exit obligations without starting that packet.

Keep the exact-literal guard effective across compiled C# branches, UTF-8
constants, emitted JSX values and runtime helpers behind test exclusions.

ownership while preserving the earlier dated architecture note.

ADR: 0046

* fix(kernel): refuse open generic active outbox handlers

Fail invalid delivery composition before a stored event can be claimed.
Exercise the existing discovery gap and a closed generic accepting
control, with a mutation check proving the refusal is load-bearing.

ADR: 0046

* docs(roadmap): close P02b-2 foundation review rounds

Record independent verification of the composition fix and synchronize
current delivery status before starting fenced transitions.

ADR: 0046

* feat(kernel): add fenced outbox transitions and terminal audit

Keep committed dispatch claims recoverable with database-time ownership,
closed retries and terminal requests. Bind the fifth audit writer to the
actual fenced UPDATE so state and MUST audit commit together.

Prove expiry and identity refusal on real roles, including a lost COMMIT
response and mutation controls for each critical safeguard.

ADR: 0046, 0044, 0033
Module: Tenancy

* fix(kernel): validate persisted outbox routing fields

Refuse missing or altered get-only routing members before reconstructing
an event, so canonical getters cannot hide invalid stored envelopes.
Cover the refusal with payload mutations and real terminal audit proof.

ADR: 0046

* docs(roadmap): close P02b-2 transition review rounds

Record independently verified routing remediation and both clean second
reviews before activating hosted dispatch in the next approved step.

ADR: 0046

* feat(kernel): host bounded outbox dispatch and observation

Make dispatcher startup mandatory while preserving Pending production facts
and retaining callback-owned resources through timeout and shutdown. Real
host/database proofs cover live claims, poison progress and safe cleanup;
API launchers confine the dispatcher credential to its owning process.

ADR: 0046, 0057
Module: Audit, Tenancy

* fix(dev): confine dispatcher credentials to the API host

Keep local demo database validation inside the launcher instead of
passing bypass credentials to a Seeder validation process. Share an
explicit application-only child environment across manifest, demo seed
and standalone seed paths, including ambient alias controls.

ADR: 0046

* fix(kernel): clarify dispatcher boot refusal and close step 3

Keep startup diagnostics useful without disclosing supplied credentials.
Record both independent reviews and their verified corrections before
starting the final enforcement step.

ADR: 0046

* test(kernel): enforce confined outbox dispatch boundaries

Keep dispatcher credentials, publication and status SQL confined to
nonempty production subjects with dirty and clean controls. Reconcile
delivery documentation without claiming pending consumer work or CI.

ADR: 0046, 0057
Module: Tenancy, Audit

* fix(kernel): close dispatcher census mutation gaps

Make closure provenance, literal SQL targets and worker registration
controls reject the verified alternate paths instead of overstating
coverage. Preserve production behavior and record the first review.

ADR: 0046, 0057

* fix(kernel): pin dispatcher authority and observation bindings

Bind privileged method grants to literal signatures and observation to
its actual system clock and singleton health state so added overloads
or same-type detached factories cannot pass the enforcement census.

ADR: 0046

* docs(roadmap): close P02b-2 implementation and review rounds

Record verified producer delivery and correction evidence while keeping
subscriber work with P02b-3 and CI/merge state with the closeout record.
Preserve acceptance history and earlier step receipts.

ADR: 0046

* docs(roadmap): link P02b-2 PR and live verification ownership

Keep dated local receipts intact and use PR 30 as the current-head CI,
review and merge surface instead of repeating an evergreen pending
status throughout the corpus.

ADR: 0046

* fix(dev): reject paired missing demo role passwords

Require each selected role password explicitly so an omitted connection
password and environment value cannot validate by comparing undefined.
Prove the refusal for all four roles and retain valid password grammar.

ADR: 0046

* docs(roadmap): record demo password correction reviews

Record both independent correction reviews and bounded local evidence
while leaving current-head CI to the PR's live verification record.

ADR: 0046

* fix(kernel): align recovery selection and preserve commit faults

Keep Pending backlog outside ordered recovery scans and preserve both
uncertain COMMIT and reconciliation failures. Expose the fixed local
configuration diagnostic, tighten lifecycle proofs and reconcile the
reviewed documentation with the shipped producer boundary.

ADR: 0046

* docs(kernel): reconcile integration contract delivery remarks

Keep source guidance aligned with ADR-0046 so future consumers use the
transport-owned shared inbox and do not infer durable order from a key.
Record the first correction review and its verified adjacent finding.

ADR: 0046

* docs(roadmap): record external correction reviews and verification

Keep review and test evidence tied to the corrected source instead of
reusing the earlier PR head. Record both independent rounds, the complete
local suites and the remaining exact-head CI verification boundary.

ADR: 0046

* fix(kernel): close dispatcher membership and credential census gaps

Detect reverse role grants at new dispatcher connections and close the
compiled configuration-indexer and assembly-instantiation census gaps.
Add targeted ownership controls and reconcile current documentation;
retain accepted wire semantics and record unconfirmed suggestions.

ADR: 0003, 0046

* docs(roadmap): record dispatcher guard follow-up verification

Keep the latest review dispositions and both independent correction
rounds tied to the tested source. Record complete local validation and
the remaining exact-head CI boundary without reusing earlier evidence.

ADR: 0003, 0046

* fix(kernel): respect the outbox snapshot refresh interval

Avoid a full backlog scan after every successful claim. Prove continued
dispatch with a retained snapshot before the configured interval and a
refresh at its exact monotonic-clock boundary.

ADR: 0046

* docs(roadmap): record snapshot cadence correction reviews

Record both independent approvals and the isolated predecessor failure alongside the passing local regression evidence.
