Approach
Claims commit before transport invocation. Every status transition requires the stored row identity, current acquisition token and unexpired database-time lease. Terminal audit uses a witness minted by the actual transition on the same physical transaction; unknown commit outcomes receive a fresh durability read. If that read also fails, both exceptions remain available in COMMIT/probe order. A corrective index migration matches expired-lease and exhausted-row recovery without scanning the unleased Pending backlog.
New dispatcher physical connections also refuse direct/transitive incoming memberships by non-superusers; this detects grant drift without claiming revocation of existing sessions. Compiled configuration-indexer controls close the declared same-body connection-string census, alongside the existing exact composition roots.
The dispatch loop respects
SnapshotIntervalafter successful claims instead of forcing a full queue scan. A real PostgreSQL regression with a controlled monotonic clock proves continued dispatch before the interval and refresh at its exact boundary; reverting the production call makes that test fail. Both independent correction reviews approve.Required production subscriptions remain Pending. P02b-3 owns durable subscriber acceptance, the shared inbox/delivery ledger, independent retries, both real default subscriptions and Seeder handoff. Test-owned Active contracts prove producer dispatch without claiming those consumer effects. Publication remains at least once.

Downloaded TRX artifacts confirm 3,409 backend tests (1,847 unit + 287 architecture + 4 contract + 175 Docker-free integration + 1,096 Docker integration), zero failures/skips, including the new snapshot-boundary regression. Frontend logs confirm 1,616 (1,556 web + 60 SDK), zero skips/todos. Apply the platform

The platform migration adds lease/terminal state, checks, indexes and exact column grants; it replaces legacy diagnostics with a fixed redacted descriptor.
