Before: v1.1.66 is published on GitHub, but the update feed and cask still point at 1.1.65.

After: merging puts 1.1.66 at the top of docs/appcast.xml, so installed apps get the update and the cask installs 1.1.66. Same shape as #1851.

• mark-appcast-critical.py --check: "1.1.66: critical for apps below 1.1.63"
• nightly-security-check.py --strict with the 1.1.66 fixture exits 0; with the stale cask it exits 1
• linux-checks.sh: 48/48

Rollback: remove the 1.1.66 appcast item and point the cask back to 1.1.65.

checks is red on 047a439 with 8 of 18425 fast tests failing. Expected for a version-only branch: the release-metadata tests want the appcast, cask and release-health fixture to match Info.plist (1.1.66), and those only land here after the release is published, same as #1851 had. Not fixing now; they clear with the post-publish commits.
