fix(web, mobile): bot approvals are visible on the PR summary - #25829
When a bot like Macroscope approved a PR, the PR summary barely showed it. The only cue was a thin green ring around the bot's avatar, and that ring blends into colorful bot logos. The approval review itself was also hidden, because the comment filter hides bot comments by default.
Now:
Each reviewer avatar has a small solid badge with a check or an X. The badge has a shape, so it no longer depends on color alone. The ring stays.
Approve and request-changes reviews from bots pass the "hide bots" comment filter on web and mobile. Other bot comments stay hidden.
Before
After
Proof: new filter tests on web and mobile fail on main and pass with this change. check:changed is green. Screenshots come from a real web dev build showing #25804. The mobile reviewer row already shows an icon and a label for each reviewer, so only its filter changed. I did not run mobile on a device.
Reviewed with sol-loop: 1 round with GPT-6.1 Sol. Sol verdict: approved
Macroscope's review found this PR approvable — This is a contained bug fix that makes bot approvals and change requests visible while continuing to hide ordinary bot chatter, plus a small avatar-badge presentation improvement. The affected filtering behavior is covered by focused web and mobile tests, with no schema, infrastructure, security, billing, or default-setting changes.
You can add or adjust custom eligibility rules. Learn more.
The mobile and web filters now retain bot-authored approval and change-request reviews when bot comments are filtered out. The web pull request summary displays review outcome badges on reviewer avatars.

Review outcome presentations define badge fill colors. The avatar badge dims stale outcomes. The pull request summary displays the badge alongside screen-reader text.
A reviewer avatar may show an outdated approval indicator in a narrow login-casing scenario; normalize reviewer identities before merging.

The description clearly explains the problem, the change, screenshots, and focused verification. It does not use the required section headings and does not provide the required scope and approval evidence, such as a linked issue, maintainer approval, or justification for an obvious bug exemption.
Resolution
Restructure the description under Problem, Change, Scope and approval, and Verification headings. Add a link to the triaged issue or maintainer approval discussion, or explain why this focused fix qualifies without prior approval. Keep the existing screenshots and verification results under the appropriate sections; state the mobile-device limitation there. Preserve the agent attribution at the end if applicable.

Normalize author logins before selecting the latest review outcome.
When two reviews for one provider user differ only by login case, a newer dismissal can leave an older approval in the result. latestPullRequestReviewOutcomes keys raw logins and filters dismissed entries before PullRequestSummaryTab performs case-insensitive deduplication. The new badge can therefore show an approval check, while the latest review is dismissed. Normalize the login in latestPullRequestReviewOutcomes.

Poses now cover iPhone SE, iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone Duo folded and unfolded,
iPad Pro 13" in both orientations, Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro Fold folded,
unfolded and unfolded landscape, and Pixel Tablet in both orientations.
Landscape poses rotate once the app is up (a rotation during launch is lost)
and check that the screen really is wider than tall. Taps fall back to the
element's centre when agent-device refuses a covered ref, and a gateway
whose workers briefly reconnect is retried.

The --prepare flag from pingdotgg#25390 had no default, so effect/cli made it
required and every mobile:install failed with "Missing required flag".

* fix(mobile): e2e landscape poses rotate for real on tablets and folds
agent-device names rotations relative to the device's natural orientation,
which is landscape on the Pixel Tablet and an unfolded Fold, so
"landscape-left" turned them portrait. The runner now asks for a shape and
tries each rotation until the screen has it. It also prepares each platform's
dev client before leasing, rides out longer worker drops, and skips the
Duo poses by default until agent-device can fold Simlock's simulators.

* fix(build): TEMPORARY workaround so linux-arm64 builds run on 16/64 KiB page kernels (pingdotgg#25825)
TEMPORARY workaround for an upstream Node bug: nodejs/node#67048
Node 26.9+ --build-sea writes linux-arm64 executables that 16/64 KiB page kernels cannot load.
linux-arm64 now injects with postject, and the archive build rejects incompatible ELF layouts.
One-time exception. Revert once Node ships a fix: grep for the Node issue URL and drop postject
from scripts/package.json.
Fixespingdotgg#23433. Replaces pingdotgg#23443.

When a bot like Macroscope approved a PR, the PR summary barely showed it. The only cue was a thin green ring around the bot's avatar, and that ring blends into colorful bot logos. The approval review itself was also hidden, because the comment filter hides bot comments by default.
