fix(clients): handoffs between accounts show which account is on each side

Handoffs between accounts using the same model showed identical provider glyphs, making the account change hard to see. Both pending and persisted handoff endpoints now use the existing account badges on web and mobile. Fixes #15476.

The web icon owns the compact size shared with sidebar rows. Badge selection keeps the existing accent/account rules and suppresses redundant badges for distinct ACP registry agents. Account tooltips and the mobile account dialog remain available.

Original fix by @vitalyiegorov in #15477; contributor commits retained, with current main merged and the implementation simplified.

Validation: 75 tests passed across the five existing handoff, provider-display, provider-entry, web-icon, and mobile-thread-provider suites. PR-added tests remain 0 → 0; no test files changed because this change wires existing behavior into renderers. Web/mobile typechecks, targeted lint, formatting, and the scoped web export check passed. CI identified a helper export left unused by the handoff change; the helper is now private and its internal caller is preserved. Independent Opus and Sol whole-PR reviews: two parallel rounds, no blocking findings.

The Linux web pass used isolated projection fixtures and account settings, with matching base/head captures. It exercised completed and pending same-model handoff rows, account tooltips, and changing the composer model. It did not run a provider handoff or authenticate the fixture accounts. macOS, Windows, iOS, Android, Electron desktop, and a second remote environment were not exercised.

I confirmed that AcpRegistryDriver.ts resolves the probed registry icon and falls back to officialAcpRegistryIconUrlForAgentId(input.settings.agentId). Both icon branches in the mobile HandoffEndpoint use the snapshot’s iconUrl. My suggestion did not account for the server fallback.
