Face room Open status chip is lowercase/low-contrast; Past rooms Open control cramped #170

Follow-up from #169 layout smoke on main 8020074 (box UI resmoke-169, 2026-10-17 Asia/Shanghai).

Seen

1. Face details status chip shows open in lowercase, small, and low-contrast (fs-chip-status, data-status=open) next to Auto-send / Leave. Harder to read than other English UI chrome.
2. Past rooms row: the small Open control next to the member face / Closed chip feels cramped.
3. (Related, lower priority) Face-to-face room titles still truncate hard in the sidebar.

Wanted

• Capitalize / style the status chip for readability (e.g. Open, stronger contrast consistent with other chips).
• Give Past rooms Open a bit more spacing so it doesn’t sit on the Closed chip / avatar.
• Optional: soften sidebar title truncation if easy.

Out of scope / already good after #169

• Compact friend Bot settings (Auto-send + muted Remove) — PASS
• Friend-row settings gear (when a remote row is present) — PASS on B
• Composer aria-label matches placeholder — PASS
• In-chat approval dock align end + Always approve — PASS
