Social UI polish: friend settings shell, approval affordances, face-room copy (aesthetics/usability) #166

From box UI testing on main e38460f (after #163). Owner priority: aesthetics, usability, consistency; prefer simplicity.

High

1. Friend Bot settings is the full settings shell for only Auto-send + Remove this Bot (large empty pane). “Helper” repeats three times. Remove is a full-width bar and looks like the primary action. Prefer a compact popover/sheet.
2. No visible settings control on the friend Bot row — path is right-click, or open chat → header → gear.
3. Held outgoing line looks already sent (finished black bubble) while the approval card is also shown.
4. A plain room message starts a Chief model turn even when the Bot is not @-mentioned. Room lines should not open a Bot turn unless mentioned (or an explicit room-Bot action).

5. Two pending holds, no Approve all on the card/dock path used. Always approve styling/label does not match header Auto-send; one click enables room auto-send.
6. Approval preview clips mid-word; chat bubble has the full sentence. Preview also prefixed To face room:.
7. Sidebar “2 to approve” sits under Helper, not on the face-room row, so it reads as Helper’s queue.

Low

8. Open-room system copy: two identical “joined; available to this room only” lines plus “Joining has ended… The number is no longer valid.”
9. Face details: truncated title, single Details tab, lowercase open jammed against Auto-send/Leave, harness jargon 14.3K tok · Cache hit 90%.
10. Composer accessible name still “Message or run a task, / commands, @ files or sessions” while placeholder is “Message Face-to-face…”.
