Friend Chief avatar identical to local Chief (possible #965 regression) #1069

Reproduce
SelfB1025 home, after accepting friend invite for Chief (SelfA1025), product UI 2026-10-25:
- Look at local Chief avatar in sidebar.
- Look at friend row Chief (SelfA1025) avatar.
Expected
Local Bot keeps a distinct color/avatar from a friend Bot that shares the same display name (fixed in #965 / PR that kept local color).
Actual
Both use the same blue whale avatar. Only the orange star (local) and a small glyph after the friend name distinguish them.
Likely regression of #965 ("Keep a local Bot's color when a friend shares its name", MERGED).

Restore distinct local vs friend Chief color/avatar when names collide; add a regression assertion if missing.
