Problem

alpha was 8 commits behind official pingdotgg/t3code main (6b286ae8a20ef2e18fa70b09e92f66edd859128b). Alpha should keep upstream's current design while preserving packaged identity.

Merge upstream main through 6b286ae8a20ef2e18fa70b09e92f66edd859128b into alpha, keeping merge ancestry.

One conflict, in apps/desktop/src/wsl/DesktopWslEnvironment.test.ts. Adopted upstream's process-backed busy-runtime holders and kept Alpha's $HOME/.t3-alpha/wsl-runtime path and t3-alpha entry. Shared package exports, the yaml script dependency, and the t3code-alpha desktop origin in server.test.ts stayed in place. Other active Alpha features are unaffected. @napi-rs/keyring and node-pty still load through createRequire.

Scope and approval

Scheduled upstream reconciliation for the Alpha integration branch. This is the existing sync path, not a new product feature. No release, tag, or direct push to alpha.

Verification

Conflict markers are gone. The remaining delta against upstream on overlapping paths is the Alpha identity (WSL runtime paths, desktop origin, shared exports, and the yaml dependency).

The focused WSL test was not run locally: the VM disk filled (ENOSPC) before dependencies could be installed. CI on this head is the merge gate. Mobile CI is not a merge gate. Draft until required checks pass.
