i18n: import Czech and Finnish translations

Purpose of this PR:

Import updated Czech and Finnish community translations from the translation CSV: 112 additions and 10 revised translations.

How to Test:

All 8 existing translation-formatting and settings-localization tests pass after merging current main. git diff --check passes.

What Has Been Changed:

• Czech: 6 added translations.
• Finnish: 106 added and 10 updated translations.

No translations are removed. The importer also normalizes key ordering and multiline formatting.
