i10n: Update German translation

Purpose of this PR:

Brings the German translation up to date. 37 keys were missing (mostly the WiiCompiled/offline-play feature and settings redesign), causing those strings to fall back to English.

How to Test:

Switch the app language to German and check the WiiCompiled dialogs and Settings.

What Has Been Changed:

• WheelWizard/Resources/Languages/de.yml: added and translated the 37 missing keys, added creeperkatze to z_translators.
