docs: publish complete desktop Help corpus preview

Summary

• publish the complete 31-page Scient Docs preview from canonical Desktop Help merged in docs: publish clear, user-purpose-first Scient Help scient-desktop#199
• generate HTML, UTF-8 raw Markdown, search data, navigation, and exact provenance from one reviewed manifest
• organize the corpus into six manifest-owned topics with primary pages, subtle More disclosures, collapsible sidebar groups, and independent desktop scrolling
• keep the website independently deployable for Help corrections while preserving Desktop Help as the sole authored user authority
• retain explicit preview status; stable-release qualification and a future MCP reader remain deferred

This PR is based on current Website main and pins immutable Desktop main commit 7d2187eb383505956e95c8ebcfcfe8006d6edba2. Every selected page has a reviewed SHA-256 digest. The build fails closed if the revision, path, or page content drifts.

Documentation impact: publishes the merged 31-page Help corpus from ScientFactory/scient-desktop#199 without copying a second authored prose source into the website.

  • six categories, default disclosure behavior, More/Less placement, hover and active states
  • search expands matching secondary pages and restores prior state
  • sidebar and document scroll independently on desktop
  • raw Markdown and exact source provenance are visible without a large status card
  • installer links expose direct official downloads with minimal Download now tooltips
  • responsive article and mobile navigation layout verified

The iterative human design/content review is complete; this PR no longer waits on a separate preview-review gate.
