Summary
Why
A concurrent agent added a new memory-discovery idea to an older copy of the inbox after the current table was merged. This reconciles the new information without restoring stale content or the superseded layout.
Impact
The canonical inbox contains the two current unprocessed ideas. Detailed memory questions remain available through draft PR #23.
