Scope
Add
RESEARCH_STEWARDSHIP.mdand a short README route to the single substantive proposal in Root-Sequence/root-sequence#50. The three source-file links now point to inspected commit8590f16c6bf8ea2fd010f9fe27be9b53006823a9, including its validation record. They remain draft snapshots, not adopted policy. No duplicated policy body, new license, access or visibility change, release authority, workflow, profile, or contributor-agreement change. Public draft PRs remain public. Confidential hiring/IP records are not included.
Compatibility
Keep organization #9 (commons contribution/stewardship guidance) and #10 (professional profile) separate. Project Stewardship remains the maintenance home; root-sequence/governance is the proposed research-publication/reuse home.
Local merge-tree checks found no textual conflict with organization #5 (
518f58a876f8), #9 (36527befd9f1), or #10 (aaaf425d6669). The additive README routes preserve their separate scopes. Repeat these checks when relevant heads change; they do not approve any merge or adoption.Validation
Original proposal: two intended documentation files, 27 additions, zero deletions.
Follow-up
20fe610c6bb7306c49fdef107443a800f3afd303: exactly three snapshot-SHA replacements inRESEARCH_STEWARDSHIP.md; no other content change. All three pinned source files exist at the new root-sequence commit. Both local destinations, README and Project Stewardship, resolve.
Root-sequence #50 records its full validation: citation/schema and Idea Trail checks pass; 11 site tests pass; the reader checker retains 15 unchanged baseline errors.
This route has no runtime or workflow changes; no runtime tests are claimed for this repository.
Refresh source snapshots after the validated documentation corrections.
Check current README compatibility with the other organization proposals.
Review the source proposal and this route.
If the source is adopted, update this snapshot route to its maintained home in a reviewed change.
