release.yml (called after CI on pushes to main): writes the changesets nobody wrote by hand (scripts/release-changesets.mjs compares each packed package with npm's latest: changed files or manifest -> patch, a dependency on another breaking line -> minor on 0.x / major), then changesets/action opens the version pull request or publishes, with provenance, through trusted publishing or NPM_TOKEN. default.json: the Renovate preset (ranges kept while versions fit them, @statewalker updates at once and auto-merged, third-party non-breaking updates weekly, actions grouped, monthly lockfile maintenance). Copies a built directory into the sites bucket under the domain's prefix (non-HTML files, then HTML, then removal of stale files), or removes the prefix (closed PR previews), then checks that the site answers.
