Attempting to add new behavior in the one massive class was starting to drive me a bit nuts, so this helps me divide up the behavior a bit better. I could have gone farther (make it a plugin system by conforming the interfaces more, see if packages and packages by team can reuse more code, etc.), but this was just a first step.
