The Usage page's pooled Limits card gave every window a large "N% left" number, tall per-account segment bars with labels and a legend, and a reset badge inside the bar. The composer's compact window rows are easier to scan, so the Limits card now uses them too.

Each window is one row: label, percent left, a thin bar with the even-pace tick, the pace icon, and the reset countdown. With several accounts, the bar is split into thin side-by-side segments. Each segment still opens the shared account popover with Left, Resets, Even pace, Restores, and Use reset. Partial-refill hatching stays. Multi-account rows show the next refill as "+N% in X", and banked reset credits appear as a ticket count. The rows share LimitRows/LimitRow/LimitBarFill with the composer's LimitWindows, so there is no second row component. The composer's compact grid is unchanged.

Below md, each pooled row puts the bar under the label and reset, so a phone-width label stays readable. Label and reset cells keep the bar's height, so a reset-credit status under the bar does not shift them.

Mobile is unchanged and left for a follow-up. #16937 also edits WindowBar's tick, so whichever PR lands second will need a small rebase.

Evidence

Fixed synthetic data rendered through the real UsageLimitsPooled from main (before, top/left) and from this branch (after, bottom/right), in an isolated browser fixture rather than an authenticated app session.

Verification

  • UsageLimitsPooled, UsagePage, and UsagePage.refresh browser tests pass (16).
  • Web typecheck passes, and lint and format are clean on the touched files.
  • Two independent read-only audits (claude-opus-5-5 through Claude Code, gpt-6-sol through Codex) flagged the phone-width label collapse. This branch fixes it, along with the off-center row after using a reset credit and mixed-case near-due refill text.
  • Not exercised: native mobile, Safari, packaged Electron.

Implementation: claude-opus-5-5 through Claude Code.

The Usage page's pooled Limits card now renders each window as the same
compact row the composer uses: label, percent left, a thin bar with the
even-pace tick, the pace icon, and the reset countdown. Accounts become
thin side-by-side segments that still open the shared account popover;
partial-refill hatching and banked reset credits stay in compact form.

Three columns left a phone-width label no room, so below md each pooled
row puts the label and reset on one line with the bar beneath. Label and
reset cells keep the bar's height so a reset-credit status under the bar
no longer pushes them off-center, and a near-due refill reads
"+N% resets now" instead of mixing cases.

Approvability

Verdict: Needs Human Approval

Macroscope's review found this PR requires human approval — This PR substantially changes the default Usage page presentation by replacing pooled limit cards and adaptive account legends with shared compact rows and responsive segmented bars. Core interactions remain covered and no backend or schema behavior changes, but the product-default UI change warrants human review.

📝 Walkthrough

Usage limits now use shared bar and row components. Pooled usage windows render compact bars and show reset timing, pace, and reset-credit counts in rows. The pooled browser test checks these states.

Remove the export from PaceIcon to fix the failing Knip check.

This PR removed the PaceIcon import from UsageLimitsPooled.tsx (lines 42-44 there). The only remaining use of PaceIcon is inside this file, in LimitRow (Line 237). As a result, vp run knip:check reports an unused export, and the CI Lint job fails. The component must stay, but it no longer needs to be exported.

Superseded. The maintainer chose to keep the existing Limits layout and change only the pace mark, which landed in #22408. Closing without merge.
