feat(swift-ios): preserve message context and fold large pastes

SwiftUI discarded structured message context and pasted large text into the prompt.

Keep typed context records through history, drafts, queued sends, and attachment uploads. File, skill, review, and terminal context use canonical links. Older servers receive readable context text. Large pastes become text attachments with pasted-text source metadata. Paste as Text keeps deliberate inline pastes and the current selection.

Added focused wire, persistence, and editor tests. Native execution and UI evidence are handled by the main agent in the shared verification pass.
