feat(swift-ios): preserve context when copying between messages

Copying context from a SwiftUI draft or message lost the records behind its links. Pasting file context could then point at attachments that belonged to another environment.

Copy now includes the selected records, linked screenshots, and portable MIME/HTML clipboard data. Paste assigns new IDs and imports each file through retained local data or the source environment. It updates the draft only after every import succeeds. Failed or cancelled imports keep the draft and selection.

Added ComposerContextClipboardTests and FeatureContextClipboardTests. The main verification agent ran the full combined native target on 0be3ad6a59: 1,100 passed, 0 failed, 1 skipped. UI evidence remains with the main verification agent.
