chore(cli): release nirium-cli 2.0.0 - #112

Bump package.json and the hardcoded .version() in bin/nirium.js, and write the 2.0.0 changelog. Removing --secret, --api-key and the value form of config set for secrets is a breaking change. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
