feat: recent folders and files on the home screen

Summary

• Home shows a Recent entry once something was opened: last 10 visited folders and last 10 opened files/archives (newest first, no duplicates). Home → Recent → South/A reopens; a file reopens through the same path as pressing South on it in its folder (archives explore, executables still ask for confirmation).
• North on Recent: Clear recent / Turn off recent. Menu → "Recentes: lembrar/não lembrar" toggles; turning it off also erases the stored lists.
• Stored only in the local settings file (RecentFolders, RecentFiles, RememberRecents); never sent anywhere.

Testing

• CI: RecentsJourneyTests covers persistence across a relaunch, reopening an archive from Home → Recent, the bound (10), clearing, and disabling (no recording afterwards).
• Manual: none beyond the usual visual check of the Home row.
