feat: add recent folders and recent files #49

Summary

Track recently visited folders and recently opened files/archives, shown on Home.

Motivation

Returning to where you were is the most common navigation.

Requirements

• Bounded lists; clear-recent action; can be disabled.
• Stores paths locally only; never sent anywhere.

Controller UX

Home → Recent → South/A opens.

Technical Notes

Record in AppController navigation/open paths; persist in settings.

Acceptance Criteria

• Recent lists persist and can be cleared.

Testing

Unit tests for new branches and for every bug reproduced before a fix (no trivial variations, see AGENTS.md).
