Overview

Channel editors can submit the current version of a published channel for inclusion in the community library

Description and outcomes

Channel editors can submit the most recently published version of a published channel.
They can include country and subject metadata in the submission.
A channel whose most recent submission was flagged should show display details to ensure it is resolved.
A channel whose most recent submission is still pending should indicate such.
The version of the channel being submitted is displayed to the user.

Accessibility Requirements

Using KDS components should be sufficient to ensure accessibility requirements within the scope of this work, but at a minimum the modal should focus trap, and keyboard navigation between elements in the modal should be possible.
