feat(providers): load each agent's skills and MCP inside Ari - #242

Pass-through agents keep their own config homes. Detected CODEX_PATH now wins over an inherited value, and Ari lists Claude, Codex, Grok, OpenCode, and Pi skills and MCP without copying secrets onto the session. Ari Core mounts mcp-servers.json beside the browser and reads .agents/skills, with project skills off until that workspace is trusted.

Replaces #240 after that pull request closed when its base branch merged. Same change, rebased onto main.
Pass-through agents keep their own skill and MCP loaders. Ari Core hosts ~/.agents/skills and the workspace .agents/skills, and mounts user MCP from mcp-servers.json beside the in-app browser. Discovered disk MCP is not copied onto session/new.
Browser MCP is described as HTTP only when the agent advertises it.
Verified: inventory, ACP connection, skills, MCP, and Ari Core driver tests passed after the rebase.
