Pass-through agents keep their own config homes. Detected CODEX_PATH now wins over an inherited value, and Ari lists Claude, Codex, Grok, OpenCode, and Pi skills and MCP without copying secrets onto the session. Ari Core mounts mcp-servers.json beside the browser and reads .agents/skills, with project skills off until that workspace is trusted.

What changed
Sessions started in Ari keep the skills, MCP servers, and plugins people already configured for Claude, Codex, Grok, OpenCode, and Pi. Ari does not copy those servers onto
session/new(that would connect them twice). It spawns the agent in the real config home, and the detectedCODEX_PATHnow wins over a stale inherited value.The Agents settings page lists what will apply: name, kind, scope, and where it came from. Secrets stay on disk. Ari Core, which has no vendor CLI, now mounts
mcp-servers.jsonnext to the in-app browser and reads.agents/skills. Project skills stay off until that exact workspace is trusted. A prompt that starts with/nameadds that skill to the system prompt for the turn; the saved user message is unchanged.Why
Launching an agent through Ari was dropping the extensions people already use in a terminal, and Ari Core's MCP store was never opened by the desktop app.
