Implements the Amicode extension bridge portion of #940 / #943.\n\nAdds a request-correlated, workspace-root-bounded visible-children bridge with Sidebar filtering, relay allowlists, and extension tests.\n\nVerification: full extension suite passed (3,082 tests) and extension build passed.\n\nThe fork implementation is on harmoniqs/opencode branch preview-workspace; its PR base is blocked because the local/amicode fork base is not published on GitHub.
