feat(preview): bridge breadcrumb navigation

Summary

Ports the extension-host half of #949 onto current main without restoring its superseded Preview overlay.

• Relays opaque Explorer icon-theme assets and validates Preview visible-children requests.
• Preserves current Preview overlay provenance and current Harmoniqs-provider relay paths.
• Adds focused coverage for both chat render relays and the workspace-root boundary.

Supersedes #949, whose app-overlay implementation conflicts with the newer Preview implementation already merged through #978.
