Do not merge as-is: this would downgrade the parser.

This PR sets github.com/go-ruby-parser/parser to v0.4.0. main is already at
v0.5.0, and #694 is open to take it to v0.6.0. All seven checks here are
green, but they ran at 13:03Z against a main that still had v0.3.0 — three
parser releases ago. A green tick on a dependency PR says the branch was
consistent when it was built, not that its target is still ahead of the base.

The three releases it would undo, each measured:

The two zero-corpus entries are not no-ops: real Ruby writes none of those shapes,
so no corpus can witness either change, and both were measured by enumerating
shapes against MRI's two parsers. Reverting them would be invisible to the ratchet
— which is precisely why this needs saying out loud rather than trusting the floor
to catch it.

The other two bumps in this PR are still wanted, and main has not moved on
either:

• go-composites/time 20260923000420 → 20260926002416

Leaving this open for Renovate to rebase on its next run; the parser line should
drop out of the diff once the base is ahead of the target, leaving the two
composites bumps to merge on their own.

Unblocking this. The objection recorded earlier no longer holds: Renovate has rebased, the base is now current main (ed36c41), and go-ruby-parser/parser is absent from the diff entirely — it stays at v0.9.0 on both sides, where the earlier revision of this PR would have pinned it back to v0.8.0 and undone the HashLit.Braced / Call.Paren work.

Checked rather than assumed: the parser line is byte-identical between the PR head and main, and all nine lanes pass on a base that is main itself, so the conformance and coverage ratchets have both judged this exact tree.
