Reconcile the marketplace-name migration with Copilot plugin support (getsentry#166) and project-path containment (getsentry#182). The Copilot marketplace generation call site is corrected to match the two-argument pathMarketplace signature after the merge.

Codex stdio MCP declarations now serialize inherited environment names to
env_vars, while adapter-provided literal values remain underenv.Codex treats
envvalues literally, so the previous${VAR}output passed that text to child processes instead of inheriting the variable. The Codex writer coverage now asserts the complete parsed server shape, including both native fields.Fixes #158
