widget fits-on: how many copies fit on an XC7A200T #1387
Description
Part of #1377. Idea from the competitor sweep (rank 10).
Widget: fits-on -- type a LUT count and see how many copies fit on an XC7A200T, drawn as a grid; says a synthesis count is not a post-packing count.
Data: nextpnr-xilinx Device utilisation totals of a real xc7a200t run.
Done when: spec specs/widgets/fits-on.t27 with >= 2 passing tests, tool.js/tool.css/card.png, tri widget status clean, moved from IDEA_* to WIDGET_* in gallery.t27, live at t27.ai/widgets/fits-on/.
