) The macho.rs port (#7526, epic #6198) moves the object layout and bytes into specs/tri/t27b/macho.t27 and leaves 21 added lines of glue in cli/t27b/src/macho.rs. That file is not on the exception list, so the local hook (which reads origin/master's list) denies the port commit; this entry lands first, under the standing label rule.
