Port crates/trios-git/src/commit.rs to specs/port/trios/crates/trios-git/src/commit.t27, following the port-the-decision-not-the-plumbing principle. The plumbing (Repository::open, index, write_tree, find_tree, signature, head, peel_to_commit, commit) is external effect on the repository, so it stays as named git2 stubs with undefined bodies that no test calls, and create_commit itself keeps an undefined body with the original's Result carried as ?CommitResult (null is failure). Every decision inside it is ported as a pure, tested helper: - parent_count: the match on repo.head() - a resolved HEAD contributes exactly one parent commit, an unborn branch (the initial commit) contributes none - count_staged: index.iter().count() - the commit's file count is taken from the staged entries before the tree is written - signature_error: repo.signature() is fallible - with no user.name / user.email configured the commit fails, a configured signature passes - make_commit_result: the commit reports the new oid, the message as given and the staged count t27c parse, typecheck and gen are clean (109 lines of generated Zig, no not-yet-implemented), and test-report runs 4 tests at 100% with zero BLOCKED lines. Closes #5221
A pull request must add exactly one docs/now entry and a bee has no way to know that: its brief names a boundary file and acceptance criteria, and docs/now/ is neither. The publisher adds it rather than failing the gate. Closes #5221 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
