Port RecordStore_init, RecordStore_insert, RecordStore_get and RecordStore_deinit to .t27 with a fixed-capacity column model ([MAX_COLUMNS]Column with explicit live counts) instead of the original's growable ArrayLists; init returns the store by value, so no pointer to a local escapes. Replaces the prior attempt's undefined body in RecordStore_deinit (Zig compile error: value of type '@typeof(undefined)' ignored) with state clearing: every column is emptied and the counts return to zero, keeping the original's release decision. Adds 6 tests covering round-trip reads, column orientation, insert bounds past the column count, get null paths, row counting and deinit. t27c parse and typecheck pass; t27c test-report shows 6/6 passing with no BLOCKED; generated Zig has no 'not yet implemented'. Closes #5875
